Loud II

Well it wasn’t actually a wedding. Soeun told me it was a religious festival they have in between Pch Ben and Water Festival. I thought it was a wedding cos normally the loud noise and the colourful marquees on the roads are weddings. Sometimes they are funerals, I haven’t learnt the different between funeral and wedding noise yet. Also there are other times we hear monks chanting over loud speakers, like when someone is dying.
