On Tuesday afternoons I meet with a Khmer girl for language exchange, we want to learn each others languages. We have been reading a part of the Bible in both languages in a few different translations. But today she started talking about a lady who has recently died. She was a missionary from England, she worked in South East Asia for over 40 years. Today my friend talked about when this lady stayed at her place and worked with her father at their church and travelling around teaching. Sounds like she was well loved and respected by many!
