Baking without an oven

In Australian houses/flats there is usually an oven, not so here. My sis inlaw likes chocolate cake and we made it together at my house in out small electric oven. But I'm hoping to try this, and then maybe she can make it at her place. Also here is a funny stories of expats in Cambodia using a fry pan to make brownies!
