The other day I went to a workshop-type meeting about writing visions, mission statements etc. It was part of the process we are going through to apply for more funding for a vocational training project.
I have been a board member for this project since May 2007, but I'm still feeling like I'm learning more than I'm helping. At the moment the Project is having an evaluation done, and the proposal for funding is being written. The funding comes from a European government, via a Christian organization in that country. They give the money to a mission agency that has people here in Cambodia.
