On a road near us they are putting in some drains. That's good, cos there is a big drainage problem in our area. But I do wonder why they are doing it now- in rainy season, when it rains each afternoon so all the piles of dirt on the road turn to mud. I also wonder why they didn't do it before they put the road in last year. To put the drains in they have to rip up the cement and iron rod lattice that's inside it.
