Today I went to tnt and posted some Christmas cards and letters to Australia and a few other countries. That was the main event of the day, actually the main thing I've been working on all week.
I also went to a big supermarket and bought some food for the weekend there. We usually get most stuff as the market near our house, but today I bought minced beef at the supermarket . We had it with pasta- yum! In Australia that kind of meal would be an normal everyday meal- quick to make and cheap, but here its a treat , as mince meat costs more that a chuck of beef at the market.

We had an exciting day yesterday. A mission leader came to visit the Bible school to learn about it and make connections here. He is the team leader of the organisation we are hoping to join and come back with in a few years. It turns out the team here now has a particular geographical focus, we were surprised to learn. Part of the surprise was that that part of the country is our focus too, so it look like our ideas for the future and the teams ideas are very similar.

The day before I went to a meeting at another mission organisation. I was invited as a one off as I'm involved in one of their ministries. Last few months I've been helping with uni students on Saturdays.

Kimsoeun is preaching on Sunday- and Monday. Sunday at church as usual. Monday at a special youth program out of town. Its being organised by some Bible school students. First half of next week is a holiday due to water festival (the time of year they have boat races and heaps of ppl come to PP, marks the changing direction of the river flow).

I've been so sleepy for a week or so now. i spend most of the day feeling like I'm still waking up- not very alert and headachey. I think cos Soeun has been sick so I'm not sleeping well either.
