The 3 other families with newborns are starting to talk about the dates they are leaving, its a bit unsettling! It means its almost over! We cant set a date yet as we are waiting on the citizenship cert for Baby, they say it takes up to 10 working days, we sent it off a week ago. Went we get it we can apply for a passport for him. I'm going to miss the trees, grass gardens here, and the endless supply of clean white towels and sheets, and the food...
Its kind of weird staying her for so long, most ppl come for a weekish, but us and the 3 other families are here for a couple of months. I was talking to one of the other newborns dads at breakfast and he was saying his older kids have got to know other guests and had fun with them and then had to say goodbye so many times. Which always happens anyway in an international community, but at a guesthouse it happens more often I guess.
One reason we're here is cos of the birth team. They ran birth classes before we had Baby and since then have been avaialbe for help with feeding etc. The other night one of the nurses came to visit us after Baby didn't sleep almost all night, its so great to have that support here.
