Day 83 photos part 1

Last night at 11pm it started raining! It rained and rained. This morning we woke up to water that is even higher than yesterday. It has come right up to our steps! (see the last 2 photos in this post). When Soeun looked out our back window this morning he laughed. There are fish swimming in our back yard. I didn't even take photos of it yesterday because I didn't think it would flood.

These photos above and below I took last week. You can see people could take a big step from the edge of the volley ball court on to the stepping stones, then on to the red step. It was the only dry way to get to the classrooms and offices.

But yesterday it was covered with water, as the two photos below show.(hmm, maybe this only make sense to people here)

Yesterday I stood on the step and took the photo above, today I did the same and took the photo below. The grass above water is even further away.

You can see the path off to the right now has water on it. (Above: day 82, below day 83) The first photo in this set is at the very top of this post.

The water is also creeping up this path.

The above I took yesterday, you can see our car, moto and bike in the photo, and orange brown are our front steps. Yesterday there was just a little bit of water coming out of the drain, but today that whole area is covered in water!
