On Monday morning I had a board meeting. We don't have internet at home and there are no internet cafes near where we live. I often use the connection in Soeun's office but it has been off a lot lately and really slow. So I hadn't checked my email over the weekend, I only found out the location of the meeting by sms the night before. And I assumed the meeting was about the proposal we are writing, as thats what the last few have been about. But it turned out it was about the evaluation, which I hadn't read because I hadn't been able to download. Grrrrr.
We have our next meeting this Monday. This morning I was trying to read both the documents, and rewrite a part of the proposal but I don't really understand all this stuff.
