Over the last week the water seems to have risen everyday. When will it stop? What will happen tomorrow? When I went for a splash around campus this morning some people told me that the water is flowing out of our street now. So they reckoned it wouldn't get any higher than this. (See day 83 photos). Also, for awhile now people have been saying its the end of rainy season, and apparently today really felt like the end of the big rains. Now people expect that there will only be small rain, and the cool season will start.
But people are also saying there is a big storm coming from the Philippines via Vietnam, so later this week we might get a storm. So, not sure what to expect.
